These Terms and Conditions form a valid, binding, agreement between you and the owner of this website, Phonejunkie, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Skyline Accessories and phonejunkie.net, (herein referred to as "us / we / our / ours") regarding your use (herein referred to as "you / your / yours") of this website (herein referred to as "site"). The products and services available on this site are provided subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By using this website, you expressly give your consent and acceptance to these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. Please read this agreement fully and carefully, as it forms a binding contract between us.

Unless stated otherwise within these Terms and Conditions, this web site, its design, text, content, selection and arrangement of information, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to this web site, are owned and protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including, but not limited to, intellectual property) rights, by the owner of this website. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

The posting of any information or other elements on this web site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such elements. For example, you do not acquire ownership rights to any such information or elements viewed through this site.

Your use of the site is at our sole discretion, and at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, we may deny you further use of the site. Your use of the site, registration, or ordering of products or services via the site, does not entitle you to continue to use the site. When using the site you agree not to:

You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this web site is true and accurate, and you agree not to supply misleading information when using the materials or services of this site.

You are responsible for the security and proper use of all user names and passwords used from time to time in connection with this site. You agree to take all necessary steps to ensure they are kept confidential, secure, used properly, and not disclosed to unauthorised persons. You agree to inform us of any changes to the information you supplied when first registering for this site.

How to Order
We make it easy for you to order from us, using any of the following methods:

To order online using this website, select the product(s) required, click "Add now - to either favourites or shopping bag", and when finished selecting items, go to "View Bag". Here, you can change quantities, or remove items. Click "Go to Payments" and choose method of payment, create account were applicable. Choose your shipping address, Click "Continue" to be transferred to our secure server to input your payment information.
Please note, we take your security very seriously. The page where you enter your payment details is safe, secure, and highly encrypted. This means that nobody can see your credit or debit card details other than the processing bank for your protection. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta Debit, Maestro, Solo, JCB, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

3. By Telephone
To order by telephone, please call our order line 0161 839 3330, sunday through Friday, 10:00am - 7.30:00pm. Please note, the order line is closed on Saturdays and UK Bank Holidays. We will be happy to help you find appropriate products to order, or to place your order over the telephone. You will need a valid debit or credit card to process your order by telephone. Telephone ordering is subject to staffing levels and availability.
Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order number from the operator. Please keep this for future reference in case of any queries about your order.


Terms of Sale
You may only use this site to make legitimate purchases, and you may not use it to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent purchases or any purchase in anticipation of demand. You agree that the products offered for sale on this web site, shall be used only to make legitimate purchases for you or another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the product facilities of this site, may result in you being denied access to such facilities, or denied use of the entire web site.
In addition, the following specific terms apply to each category stated below:

1. Product Information
All products sold by this site are of the highest quality and are manufactured / supplied by ISO 9002 registered companies (or overseas equivalent). All products carry the CE approval.
We try to keep product details up to date on this website at all times. However, due to our wide range of suppliers, product aesthetics and or specifications may vary from those shown within this site. All images within this site may not show the exact product you will receive and are for illustration only. All images are also the property of the site. Copying or using the images for whatever reason, without our consent, is strictly prohibited and could result in legal action being taken.

2. Terms of Carriage
We hold large quantities of stock and despatch a large majority of our products the same day or within 72 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time of order, and there is an expected delay of more than 14 days in our receipt of an item(s) you have ordered, we will contact you by e-mail to enquire if you wish to wait for the product(s) or not, and/or offer a suitable alternative for your consideration.
If you do not wish to wait for the product(s) on backorder after this time period, and notify us, a refund of the original price paid for the backordered product(s) will be made within 7 business days, less any applicable shipping charges. If a delivery charge has been paid, this will still be applicable for the entire order, unless all item(s) within the order are placed on backorder and are unavailable within the 14 day initial enquiry period. Should you wish to cancel all of them, the paid delivery charge will also be refunded at the time the product(s) price is refunded. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal or other payment issuer. All other products ordered, other than those on backorder, will still be despatched immediately.
If you do wish to wait beyond the initial 14 days for your backordered items, the product(s) will stay on backorder for up to a total of 28 days. If we cannot get the product within this timeframe, we will notify you by e-mail again and will also refund the purchase price paid for the particular product(s) that was on backorder, within 7 business days. All other products ordered, will still be despatched immediately. The backorder item(s) will be despatched when it is available in stock within the 28 day time limit. If a delivery charge has been paid, this will still be applicable for the entire order, unless all item(s) within the order are placed on backorder and are unavailable within the 28 day time limit, in which case the paid delivery charge will also be refunded at the time the product(s) price is refunded. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal, or other payment issuer.
We currently only ship orders to the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, countries in the EU although this may change in future. Please ensure your delivery address is to one of these locations only. Please also refer to our terms and conditions for overseas orders below.
We offer Royal Mail First Class Delivery available for a flat charge, or inform us otherwise that you require this method of shipping at the time you place your order by telephone, fax, or post. Orders shipped by this method are usually received within 2 - 3 days, however, since this is not a guaranteed service, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit. If Royal Mail loses your order (classified as "lost" by Royal Mail after 15 business days from the date of posting) please be aware that this is beyond our control. We cannot issue a refund for non-delivery of your order by Royal Mail, as you selected this delivery option, which is a non-guaranteed delivery service as per Royal Mail terms and conditions. We will however endeavour to assist you with filing any claims against Royal Mail for non-delivery of your parcel.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is available for a flat charge of £3.99 per entire order when you select this shipping method on our website, or inform us otherwise that you require this method of shipping at the time you place your order by telephone, fax, or post. Orders shipped by this method are usually received within 1 - 2 days, however, since this is not a guaranteed service, please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit. If Royal Mail loses your order (classified as "lost" by Royal Mail after 15 business days from the date of posting) please be aware that this is beyond our control. We cannot issue a refund for non-delivery of your order by Royal Mail, as you selected this delivery option, which is a non-guaranteed delivery service as per Royal Mail terms and conditions. We will however endeavour to assist you with filing any claims against Royal Mail for non-delivery of your parcel.
Please be aware however, that this form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for a flat charge of £7.95 per entire order when you select this shipping method on our website, or inform us otherwise that you require this method of shipping at the time you place your order by telephone, fax, or post. Orders shipped by this method are sent insured for loss or damage for the value of the goods sent, up to the value of £250.00 and are guaranteed for delivery the next business day Monday to Friday, if you place your order before 2:00pm the business day before. Orders placed by 2:00pm Friday, using Special Delivery, will be delivered on Monday. This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
International AirSure and International Signed For Delivery services are available to overseas destinations we ship to, currently consisting of EU countries,. Depending on the location shipped to, the charges are £9.95 (to EU destinations). Orders shipped by this method are sent insured for loss or damage for the value of the goods sent, up to the value of £500.00 and are guaranteed for delivery within 28 days from the date of shipping, This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
If you place an order from a country that is not in our current list of countries we ship to, we will cancel your order and refund the original item price paid back to the original payment method, however we reserve the right to deduct a standard administrative fee equal to the shipping amount originally paid with the order from the refund to cover the cost of bank charges we incurred in processing your order upfront, putting it on hold, corresponding with you regarding your order which was incorrectly placed for a location we do not ship to, even though it is clearly stated on our website at the time of ordering the locations we do ship to, and the bank charges we incur to refund the transaction incorrectly placed.
At our discretion, we may choose to upgrade postage to Recorded Delivery for orders shipping within the United Kingdom, even if a lesser prices postage service was paid for. This may mean that the customer will be responsible for signing for a parcel, and or possibly collecting it from their local postal depot, even if Recorded Delivery was not originally selected.
It is your responsibility to sign for any Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery or AirSure or International Signed For parcels sent, and any parcels which are returned back to us as "Not Called For" or "Incomplete Address" or "Customer Unknown" or "Addressee not at this Address" or "Unsigned" or any other reason, will only be sent back to you upon payment of the appropriate postage and packing charges again for your order. Our liability is limited to sending the parcel and we cannot be responsible for customers whom do not collect their parcels, sign for them, provide complete and accurate addresses, or any other reason. In all these cases the customer will be requested to pay postage and packing again. Should you elect not to pay to have the parcel re-shipped, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refunding the original price paid, back to the original payment method used, less the price of the original postage and packing paid with the order, and less an administrative / restocking fee of 20% of the total item price paid.
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct shipping address into your order at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for customer errors in shipping addresses given, incomplete addresses, or any other reason for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address entered into the order. Should the parcel be returned back to us, we will send it back to you upon notification from you of the correct shipping address and upon payment of the postage and packing charges again. Should you elect not to pay to have the parcel re-shipped, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refunding the original price paid, back to the original payment method used, less the price of the original postage and packing paid with the order, and less an administrative / restocking fee of 20% of the total item price paid.
Regardless of the delivery option selected at the time of ordering, the terms of the carrier apply. Since we are using Royal Mail for the above services, you agree to abide by their terms and conditions; please see the Royal Mail website.

3. Automatically Cancelled Orders
Orders made with an invalid e-mail address may be cancelled at our discretion.
Orders made with a credit / debit card or any other payment method that is not registered to the billing address will be cancelled.
Orders we feel to be suspicious will be cancelled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with your IP address will be forwarded to the Police. You will also be blacklisted from ordering at this website and several hundred other associated on-line retailers in the future. The above measures are to protect ourselves and our genuine customers against the high levels of internet fraud.

4. Overseas Orders
We currently only ship to these locations at present: United Kingdom, European Union (EU).
a) Carry Cases
Of the carry cases we offer for sale, 95% are tailored to suit the phone model as specified.

b) Unlocking Solutions
We currently do not offer unlocking solutions. This service has been discontinued.

c) Universal Products
We list products for over 2500 different phone models within this website. In some instances products listed for certain models may be ‘Universal' meaning they will also fit many other types of mobile phone. This applies to the following products: Accessory packs (one or multiple items within), Car chargers, Carry cases / pouches, Handsfree kits, Car handsfree kits, Car holders, Mains chargers, Magnetic holders, Signal boosters, and Neck straps, among others.
The warranty given on all products is only against non-functionality / defectiveness and is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for all items returned within this time frame. This allows us to return the product/s back to our suppliers or the manufacturer's under warranty cover for replacement or refund. This does not affect our Returns Policy or your statutory rights. Please also refer to the section on Defective / Faulty Products below for further information.

5. Damaged Products
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail. Should a product arrive damaged, please retain the original packaging, and return the damaged product, its original packaging, repacked into another more secure package, along with a copy of your packing slip and a note to indicate the nature of the damage, and whether or not you require a replacement or refund, to us at our Postal Address on the packing slip, within 14 days of your receipt of the item, which is defined as within 28 days of your order date. Upon receipt, we will check and verify the damage, and if the return is valid, will promptly within 14 days, either replace the item, subject to stock availability, or refund the original price you paid for the item, less any shipping charges. Shipping charges, for the original postage and packing paid with the order, and or for the shipping cost to return the product to us, if any, are not refundable. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal, or other payment issuer. Please refer to our Returns Procedure below for further information.
If we receive a product(s) returned as damaged, and after our quality assurance testing it is found to be fully functional, the product will either be returned to you if you requested a replacement, or a 20% administrative / re-stocking fee reduction from the original purchase price, will apply against the refund.

6. Defective / Faulty Products
If in the unlikely event you receive a defective or faulty product, or if the product you receive develops a fault within the warranty period (30 days from the date of purchase - please see information about product warranty in the section above for Universal Products ), please return the damaged product, in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip and a note to indicate the nature of the defect or fault, and whether or not you require a replacement or refund, to us at our Postal Address on the packing slip, within 14 days of your receipt of the item, which is defined as within 28 days of your order date (or subject to the terms of the warranty as stated in the Universal Products section above). Upon receipt, we will check and verify the defect or fault, and if the return is valid, will promptly within 14 days, either replace the item, subject to stock availability, or refund the original price you paid for the item, less any shipping charges. Shipping charges, for the original postage and packing paid with the order, and or for the shipping cost to return the product to us, if any, are not refundable. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal, or other payment issuer. Faulty products must be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied. If any returned product(s) are aesthetically damaged they will not be accepted for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Procedure below for further information.
If we receive a product(s) returned as defective / faulty, and after our quality assurance testing it is found to be fully functional, the product will either be returned to you if you requested a replacement, or a 20% administrative / re-stocking fee reduction from the original purchase price, will apply against the refund.

7. Undelivered / Lost Products
Products are classified as undelivered or lost in transit, if, for UK shipping addresses, after 14 days from the date your order was despatched (or 28 days from the order date, excluding Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank holidays), and if, for overseas addresses for current destinations we ship to, after 28 days from the date your order was despatched (or 45 days from the order date, excluding Saturday, Sunday, & UK Bank holidays), you have not received your package. If after waiting this time period, your products are still undelivered please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office or overseas postal service. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the package. If no one was present to accept receipt, or to sign for the delivery, if applicable, the package will have been returned to your local postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 14 days. If after this period of time the product(s) have still not been collected, they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or other postal carrier, or returned to us at their discretion (returned / undelivered post is usually sent back to us within 2 to 3 weeks, although it can take up to 6 weeks or longer in some cases to reach us).
If your product(s) have been returned to us, we may attempt to re-send them again to the original shipping address on record for your order, and or may contact you to verify your shipping address details. You must pay again for any applicable shipping fees for your method of shipping originally selected. Should you elect not to pay to have the parcel re-shipped, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refunding the original item price paid, back to the original payment method used, less the price of the original postage and packing paid with the order, and less an administrative / restocking fee of 20% of the total item price paid.
If for UK shipping addresses, within 45 days from despatch date, or for overseas shipping addresses, within 60 days from despatch date, your product(s) have not been returned to us, and are not at your local Royal Mail or other international postal carrier sorting office / depot, please contact us in writing, either at our postal address or by e-mail to:sales@skylineaccessories.co.uk to inform us that your product(s) have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number, the item(s) in your order, and the date that the products were ordered. We will investigate with Royal Mail, and any applicable overseas carriers, and within 28 additional days, we will contact you in writing with the results of our investigation. If appropriate, a refund will be made for the amount of the original item price you paid for the lost / undelivered product(s), however the original postage and packing charge paid is not refundable. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 additional days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal or other payment method once our investigation has been completed. Please be aware this entire process can take several months to complete.

8. Products Returned to us by Royal Mail
Products Returned to us by Royal Mail / Other Carrier use for Shipping If products we have in good faith despatched to you are returned to us by Royal Mail or another company used for shipping, as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused, or for any other similar reason, we will attempt to contact you to verify your shipping address details, and if correct, we will attempt to re-ship your products but only to the original shipping address as contained within your original order. You must pay again for any applicable shipping fees for your method of shipping originally selected. Should you elect not to pay to have the parcel re-shipped, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refunding the original price paid, back to the original payment method used, less the price of the original postage and packing paid with the order, and less an administrative / restocking fee of 20% of the total item price paid.
If we are unable to re-ship or re-deliver your product(s) for any reason, they will be stored by us for a maximum of 90 days. A storage cost of £3.00 will apply for each week your product(s) are held in storage by us. Once the storage cost exceeds the value paid for the products, or after 90 days have elapsed, whichever occurs first, your products will be re-stocked and made re-available for re-sale, or disposed of at our discretion. No Refunds will be given in this instance.

9. Unwanted Products
Unwanted Products / Cancellation Within 7 days of the date of Ordering:
Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000, you the consumer, have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days. The 7 day time period begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order, please Contact Us by telephone or e-mail immediately.
If we have not already despatched your product(s), your order process will be stopped, and a full refund given for the original price paid for the product(s), as well as the price paid, if applicable, for the shipping method you have selected, provided cancellation is made within 7 days from the date of ordering.
If we have already despatched your product(s), once you receive your product(s), please return it to us, in its original packaging, unused, and in brand new and resalable condition. Return postage or carriage is at your own cost and we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. Proof of posting is not acceptable, so please make sure you insure the cost of the return items and send them by a trackable method to ensure our receipt. Upon our receipt of your product(s), within 14 days, a refund of the original price you paid for the item(s), less any shipping charges, will be made. Shipping charges originally paid with the order and or for the cost to return it to us, if any, are not refundable once items have been despatched. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal or other payment method.
Unwanted Products / Cancellation After 7 days from the Date of Ordering:
If you cancel your order after the 7 day period from the date of ordering covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, and your order has not been despatched, your order process will be stopped and a full refund given for the original item price paid for the product(s), including the price paid for postage and packing.
 Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal or other payment method.

10. Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you believe we may have incorrectly supplied you with a product(s), first please refer to the following information above to verify the products you have received do not fit within these specifications stated in: Specific Product Information Universal Products and Specific Product Information Carry Cases.
If these do not apply, then products incorrectly supplied by us can be returned to us, in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip and a note to indicate which product(s) are incorrectly supplied, and whether or not you require a replacement or refund, to us at our Postal Address on the packing slip, within 14 days of your receipt of the item, which is defined as within 28 days of your order date. Upon our receipt of your product(s), we will check and verify the incorrect supplied products, and if the return is valid, will promptly within 14 days, either replace the item(s), subject to stock availability, or refund the original price you paid for the item, less any shipping charges. Shipping charges, originally paid with the order and or for the cost to return it to us, if any, are not refundable unless all item(s) within an order are incorrectly supplied. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal, or other payment issuer. Please refer to our Returns Procedure below for further information.
If you select a replacement instead of a refund, a replacement will be sent to you using the same shipping method as in your original order, at our cost for re-shipping, within 5 days of our receipt of your returned incorrectly supplied product(s).
If any item(s) are returned damaged, they will be returned to you and will not be replaced nor refunded. Please physically try the product before returning it.

11. Incorrectly Ordered Products
Incorrectly Ordered Products / Changed Mind / Any Other Reason
Products that are incorrectly ordered by a customer can be returned to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your packing slip and a note to indicate which product(s) are incorrectly ordered, and whether or not you require a replacement or refund, to us at our Postal address on the packing slip, within 14 days of your receipt of the item, which is defined as within 28 days of your order date. Upon our receipt of your product(s), we will check and verify they meet our terms and conditions of this clause, and if the return is valid, will promptly within 14 days, either replace the item(s), subject to stock availability, or refund the original price you paid for the item, less any shipping charges, and an administrative / re-stocking fee of 20% of the total item price paid. Shipping charges, originally paid with the order and or for the cost to return it to us, if any, are not refundable. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please either enclose a cheque payable to "Skyline Accessories LTD" or send us your credit card details (cardholder's name, billing address, card number, start date, expiry date, and 3 digit CV2 / security code on the back of the card) for the cost of the shipping again, with your return.

Please either enclose a cheque payable to "Skyline Accessories LTD" or send us your credit card details (cardholder's name, billing address, card number, start date, expiry date, and 3 digit CV2 / security code on the back of the card) for the product(s) price difference, plus the applicable shipping fee that was applicable to your original method of shipping, as detailed in the paragraph above.
If the replacement product(s) required is of a lesser value than has been already paid for your original item(s), then a refund will be processed within 14 days, to cover the item price difference, less the applicable shipping fee that was applicable to your original method of shipping. Refunds are always made in the same format as the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your original credit card used for payment, will be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days after we process your refund, for the refund to be processed by your credit card company, bank, debit card processor, PayPal, or other payment method.
To avoid paying additional shipping charges, if applicable, and any administrative charges if stated above, and if applicable, for receiving replacements for originally incorrectly ordered product(s), please always make sure to order the correct products in your original order. Please also physically try the product(s) you receive to check if they will work, before returning it.
If any item(s) are returned damaged, they will be returned to you and will not be replaced nor refunded.

12. Returns Procedure

In all instances where returns are made, products must be returned to us in their original packaging, in brand new, unused, and resalable condition, (except for damaged or defective/faulty items) and sent to us along with a copy of your packing slip, with a note to indicate which product(s) are being returned, the reason why, and whether or not you require a replacement or refund. Any additional monies owed, must also be enclosed by cheque or credit card details, or other acceptable payment method. Our currently accepted payment methods include cheque or postal order payable to Skyline Accessories LTD, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro), debit card (Visa Delta Debit, Solo, Visa Electron), or PayPal.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit enroute to us. We do not accept Post Office Proof of Posting. To avoid disappointment, and to ensure we receive your package, please send it insured, and by a trackable method. If you do not, you will remain liable for the package until we receive it, including the cost of all item(s) included in the package.
If you are returning an Accessory Pack or Multiple Item Kit, you must return all items within the pack or kit, to be eligible for consideration for replacement or refund.
When you purchase a brand new like for like item from us (for example you purchase a mains charger to replace an identical mains charger, not a mains charger to replace a Bluetooth headset) then you may return the old product to us free of charge. To be eligible, not only must the product be exactly like for like, but you must return the old item back to us within 28 days from your date of purchase of the brand new like for like replacement item.
